Exercise:
The most challenge that prevents me from eating healthy is due to spending most of my time out of my house. Once I leave the house in the morning I do not go back until midnight. So I do eat my breakfast , lunch and sometimes dinner on the street. This includes MC Donald and cafeteria. Therefore it is not easy for me to eat healthy food anyway that is my excuse. On the side of exercise I think I am lazy I haven't commit my self to exercise. I do walk around the street once in a while but I do not like to attend the gym. I think I refer exercise to development of muscles. I have planed to focus on the exercise starting next month. They have constructed a gym across the street from my house so I am impressed. The gym will open in April. I take this gym as a motivation to exercise since it is not very far I can walk and it will take me about ten minutes.

I congratulate you for eating breakfast in the morning. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. I know it is hard to eat healthy while attending college but you can take a fruit salad with you or eat a turkey sandwich instead of always eating fast foods that are usually fried. I think that since there is a gym being built across the street from your house, it would be a great motivator to do some type of exercise. Good Luck!
That is good that a gym is being built across the street from you. Take advantage of it, becuase many people haev to drive to a gym. I need to start exercising more myself. I start with the change of my diet and then I am going to work out. I am not always going to eat fried foods, I will make the choice of baking the foods now. This class and all of my other classes have made me want to make changes for myself and my future.
