Sexual Transmitted Disease

Sex a very nice game that is played by every individual whether they live in a very nice a well developed country or they live in a very poor or undeveloped country. This is not something that requires a certain conditions like wealthy in order to happen. So if sex is performed by every individual there it is not true to say that Sexual transmitted disease's affects only poor. The transmitted disease like chlamydia, gonorrhea,or herpes that accompany dirty sexual behavior can happen or transmitted to anybody regardless. The only difference is that the disease can spread more in poor countries simply because people do not want to get help by filling shame to go to the hospital or there is not enough medications for these diseases.Another reason can be lack of contraceptive measure. I do not think this is an immoral disease because it affects every part of the world.

Maimuna-

I agree with you; diseases know no boundaries, as far as they're concerned we're all the same. It doesn't matter if we're black, white, yellow, tan; if we're Catholic, Jewish, Mormon; if we have money in the bank account; the list goes on and on. To a disease, we're just a warm, alive host. But like you stated; poor countries tend to have higher rates of STDs because of social stigmas, and lack of funding for proper medical care. We're all affected by STDs; it's a social concern that cannot be ignored. We have a moral obligation to help those who, in a sense, can't help themselves.
