The choice of being childless for this woman I interview was not easy. This woman is my best friend who has been married for 3 years
She has finally accepted the fact that she will not have kids this is still not a easy thing for her.
It was not a one time decision. She had to made up this decision after seeking help everywhere. She told me when she was young she was not ready to have kids so she had performed abortions most of her life. The last time the doctor reminded her that "Do you know that there is a possibility of you not having kids" ? She said "I did not care at that time because I did not want the baby at that time but now I want one so bad but I can't have one". I brought the fact that why didn't you use protection ?. She made it clear that using contraceptive pills was not easy because you have to see a doctor and that was not easy since she grew up in West Africa. Traditionally there is no use of contraception. She said the pregnancy where due to accidents occur mostly by using withdraw method. She is now one of the women who are against abortion because of the damage that it has caused to her.

Wow, I feel so sorry for your friend. I wonder how a person can carry on in life knowing that they have had several abortions and not care about her decisions. I believe that she must have cared or is angry at her partner. I glad that she didn’t get any sexually transmitted infection. I am happy that she is against abortions and realized the damages that an abortion can bring to a person. Have you asked your friend, if she would consider adopting a child?

Abortion damages the female organs and causes it to be almost impossible to conceive, when and if she decides that she wants a child. I am glad that your friend is against abortions. She has learned a valuable lesson in life, about damaging her body.
