Age Healthfully
Living and stay healthy is a very difficult task to perform. It is difficult due to the life style that we live. I do spend most of my time eating junk food. I know I will be doing these as long as I am working. Also I do not spend time to work out because I am not a gym person
I think in order to stay healthy while I am old is by doing regular exercise and eat healthy. I think if I get into a habit of eating healthy food and working out that will keep my body in good condition while I get older.

Sometimes eating healthy and exercising regularly can be very difficult but you have to motivate yourself. You have to make the effort and be consistent. Because you are working is no excuse for eating too much junk food. Practice preparing your lunch the night before and taking a walk around the block. Just do not think about eating healthy; you have to do it.
